Al-Wathba defeats Al-Karama in the “Homs Derby” and clings to the top of the Syrian League

Al-Wathba maintained the top spot in the Syrian Premier League, after defeating its neighbor, Al-Karama, 2-0, in a match that brought them together yesterday, for the 15th round of the tournament.

Al-Wathba consolidated its first position with 38 points, one point ahead of its pursuers, Tishreen, whose players succeeded in overturning their delay in front of Al-Talia to a deserved victory with a score of "3-1".

Al-Fatwa regained his balance in the league by defeating Al-Shura “2-0” to raise his score to 19 points, while Al-Shorta’s balance froze at 13 points.

Jableh lost against its guest Al Wahda with two clean goals, so Jableh's balance freezes at 17 points, while Al Wahda raised its score to 26 points.

Al-Ittihad Al-Halabi fell to its host Al-Jaish 1-0, keeping the two teams in their third and ninth positions, respectively, with 26 and 16 points.
