And they said that they had to make offers to certain parties to sponsor them, but they did not find any response so far, and they agreed that the value of sponsorship for their clubs is not high, and that it is at the same time negotiable.
It is noteworthy that clubs have succeeded in sponsoring several companies, including Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Group (Nissan Agent) for Al-Ahly Youth Club, while Al-Jazira Club signed a partnership agreement with the famous global social networking platform TikTok.
The Sharjah Club (the league title holder) has two sponsorship contracts with the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone and the University Hospital in Sharjah. For his part, the CEO of Hatta Club, Ali Abdullah Al-Badwawi, said that they are looking for sponsors for the club in the current period, to put their name on the shirts of the first team, similar to other clubs, noting also that their club does not lack anything to obtain sponsorship from the institutions and companies in The state. He said: We made, during the last period, offers to some companies to sponsor the club, and we did not find any response.
In turn, the President of Al Dhafra Football Club, Ahmed Omran Al Qubaisi, said that their club is close to contracting with a company sponsoring the club, and that the coming days will witness the announcement of sponsorship details after the completion of the file, indicating that the club did not appear in the first and second rounds with the logo of a sponsoring company , Because the details are not complete.
Al Qubaisi expressed his wishes that the performance offered by Al Dhafra will continue this season, considering that if the team continues at the same level, this will be reflected on the status of the club.
