The Labor Inspection sanctions the Football Federation, Barça and two other clubs for not complying with equality standards. The sanction derives from an investigation procedure that was opened in the summer to 16 first and second division women's football clubs.
Not having equality plans, mandatory for two years for all companies with more than 50 workers, can lead to sanctions of 7,500 euros. "We send our world champions without an equality plan, without harassment protocols in their workplace, it is very serious," stressed Minister of Labor Yolanda Díaz.
