The Labor Inspection has issued

an "infraction report"

to the

Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF)

and has imposed sanctions on three women's football clubs -

FC Barcelona

equality plan negotiated

The sanction derives from an investigation procedure that was opened in the summer to

16 first and second division women's football clubs

, as well as to sports limited companies (SAD) and the Royal Spanish Football Federation, after the scandal involving

Luis Rubiales.

While in the case of the clubs, FC Barcelona, ​​RC Deportivo Español de Barcelona and CD Europa (these last two from the second division) have been sanctioned, following an investigation into

equal pay.



"We send our world champions without an equality plan, without harassment protocols in their workplace,

it is very serious

," stressed Díaz, who recalled what happened in the World Cup final with the former president of the RFEF Luis Rubiales and the Non-consensual kiss to player

Jennifer Hermoso.



Not having equality plans, mandatory for two years for all companies with more than 50 workers, can lead to

sanctions of 7,500 euros

Díaz already announced in the summer that the action of the Labor and Social Security Inspection
