Sailing Class 470 Women Yoshida / Yoshioka Pair Proposed to Tokyo Olympic National Team August 9th 13:57
A pair of women's Ai Yoshida and Miho Yoshioka won the silver medal at the 470th class world championship in Enoshima, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and was selected as the Japan representative for the next year's Tokyo Olympics. Yoshida and Yoshioka were the first Japanese girls to win the last year's world championships and were the two consecutive podiums.
