RIA Novosti writes about this with reference to a court representative.

As stated in the material, in January 2023, Zhuravlev, during correspondence with an unidentified person who introduced himself as an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, agreed to cooperate with him.

Then he arrived in Stavropol, where he decided to commit a terrorist attack.

Zhuravlev did not have time to carry out the terrorist attack because he was detained by Russian FSB officers.

A criminal case was opened.

It is clarified that, taking into account his active contribution to the investigation of the crime, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 4 years and 6 months in a maximum security correctional colony with the first 2 years to be served in prison.

The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.

Earlier in Crimea, two Ukrainian agents were detained who were preparing terrorist attacks on the peninsula.
