“In the medium and long term, it was decided to move to the construction of nuclear power plants to strengthen the country’s energy balance,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
At the same time, Diop added that in the short term we are talking about creating two solar power plants that can meet the country’s needs.
The minister added that entrepreneurs from Russia could visit Mali next week to discuss the implementation of business projects in the country.
