According to him, Ryzhkov’s many years of work in government and his contribution to the socio-economic development of the country are invaluable.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko announced the death of Ryzhkov.
It also became known that the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Vyacheslav Lebedev died in Moscow on February 24 at the age of 80.
