Earlier, the Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly will take place on February 29.

“On February 29, from 5:00 until the end of the event, traffic will be temporarily closed,” the statement says.

In particular, traffic will be limited on Varvarka Street from Kitaygorodsky Proezd to the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge, as well as on Ilyinka Street from Novaya Square to Red Square.

On February 28, traffic was temporarily blocked on a section of Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street in the center of Moscow in connection with the farewell ceremony for the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia, Vyacheslav Lebedev.
