Speaking on February 27 at a meeting of the board of the defense department, Shoigu added that in other directions, Russian troops are continuously carrying out powerful fire attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities, preventing the enemy from restoring its combat capability.
Also during his speech, Shoigu noted that the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the special operation amounted to 444 thousand military personnel.
