Lulwa Al Khater said that Israel intensified its military attack, killing about 400 people in the West Bank.

She added that 2023 is the bloodiest year for civilians in the West Bank.

It is noteworthy that the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip caused, in addition to the huge human losses among civilians, massive destruction of homes, infrastructure, and hospitals, in addition to an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, according to Palestinian and UN data.

These Israeli violations resulted in a lawsuit being filed against Israel before the International Court of Justice, where it appeared for the first time in its history before international justice on charges of committing genocide in Gaza.
