Funeral Burial for Constantine of Greece in Windsor: Camilla as hostess, Andrés guest and a controversial absence
Felipe VI and Juan Carlos I have staged their reconciliation three and a half years after the Emeritus left Spain to settle in Abu Dhabi.
Father and son met this Tuesday in Windsor, where they attended the mass of thanksgiving in memory of Constantine of Greece.
They entered the temple separately, where they shared a bench, now
King Felipe and Queen Letizia have met again in public with Juan Carlos I. This reunion before the cameras should be normal, as it is the fifth since the Emeritus left Spain;
However, it is relevant again because the last image of the Monarch's father corresponds to the celebration of his birthday, when he decided
to give the photographs
of the party to a magazine for its dissemination despite his promise to keep a low profile.
That happened at the beginning of January, a few days after the Kings shared a lunch with him and the rest of the family for Infanta Elena's 60th birthday.
This Tuesday, two months after that meeting and after the controversial celebration, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia met
with Juan Carlos I
in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Palace to attend the mass of thanksgiving for Constantine of Greece .

Funeral for Constantine of Greece in Windsor: Camilla as hostess, Andrés guest and a controversial absence
The Kings of Spain
traveled yesterday to London
from Valencia, where they accompanied those affected by the fire of a building.
Don Felipe and Doña Letizia entered the chapel ten minutes before twelve in the morning, Spanish time.
The rest of his family was already inside, since in addition to the Emeritus Kings, the Infantas Elena
and
Cristina
and
Juan Urdangarin
attended the funeral .
Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía had entered the tempo through a
side entrance
to avoid steps and inside each one took their place.
By protocol, Doña Sofía
sat in the front row
, as the sister of the last king of the Hellenes, accompanied by Princess Irene and the four young children of Ana María and Constantine of Greece.
Behind them sat Constantine's political sons and two grandchildren.
Felipe VI headed the
third row
, followed by Queen Letizia and Juan Carlos I, who repeated his position, as already happened at the funeral for Isabel II.
Although there was no live broadcast of the funeral, the gestures showed that the Kings were much more relaxed.
In fact, in a moment captured by the cameras they are seen joking with one of Pablo de Grecia's sons, King Juan Carlos joins the smiling faces.
