In response to the issue surrounding political funding parties by factions of the Liberal Democratic Party, the House of Representatives Political Ethics Review Committee is expected to officially decide at its executive meeting on the 26th to hold meetings on the 28th and the following day, the 29th.

In light of the opposition party's request for public disclosure, the Liberal Democratic Party has proposed allowing members to observe the hearing, and it is expected that adjustments will be made.

The House of Representatives Political Ethics Committee is expected to officially decide to hold a meeting on the 28th and the 29th, with five members, including former Chief Cabinet Secretary Matsuno of the Liberal Democratic Party, in attendance.

This will be the first time that a review committee has been held since 2009, and the first time that members of the Diet will attend and provide explanations since 2006.

Prior to this, the ruling party held a meeting within the Diet with Liberal Democratic Party Chairman Kazunori Tanaka and its secretaries.

So far, five members have requested that the committee hold the meeting in private, as per the principle of the review committee, but the opposition parties have argued that ``this is an opportunity to explain to the people, and we cannot allow it to be held in private.'' I am asking you to do so.

The Liberal Democratic Party has proposed allowing members to observe the hearing, considering that out of the past nine review meetings, only one was closed to the public. It looks like it will be done.
