Zelensky stressed that the final document will be proposed to the Russian side.
“But this does not mean that Russia will accept the document,” he said.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that it is obvious to the whole world that the “Zelensky peace formula” imposed by the West is an ultimatum to Moscow.
