Right at the opening of the Salon de l'Agriculture and in a tense context, the president of the Rural Coordination union Véronique Le Floc'h was the guest of Europe 1 Soir Weekend.

The dairy farmer denounced the statements which aim to imply that her union is close to the National Rally.

The president of the National Rally Jordan Bardella increased the crowds and selfies this Sunday at the Salon de l'Agriculture.

But when some say that the Rural Coordination, very prominent in the blockade movements, would be close to the RN, the president of the union Véronique Le Floc'h rejects these statements outright.

Statements “which only aim to harm us”

The president of the Rural Coordination union assures that she does not know in detail Jordan Bardella's proposals for the European elections, and affirms that her union is "apolitical" and discusses "with all the political parties".

"Tomorrow (Monday), there will be many of them (at the Salon). We already have numerous meetings with all the parties who will come to meet us, and we can clearly see that they are campaigning for the European elections", underlines - she says on Europe 1.
