This is undoubtedly a relief for those close to him.

The authorities have finally agreed to return the body of Alexeï Navalny to his mother.

According to the opponent's spokesperson, Lyoudmila Navalnaïa is still in Salekhard to take possession of her son's remains.

But at this stage, Kira Yarmish clarified that she does not yet know if the authorities will prevent the funeral from taking place as the family wishes and as Alexei Navalny deserves.

Two days ago, Lyoudmila Navalnaïa released a video denouncing the blackmail carried out by the authorities.

She affirmed that they would only return the body to her on the sole condition that her son's funeral took place in secret.

No information has yet filtered out on a possible agreement between the authorities and the opponent's mother.

Immediately, the entire team of the latter, who lives in exile outside Russia, thanks on the networks the tens of thousands of people who publicly called on Vladimir Putin so that the remains of Mr. Navalny be returned to his family .
