The regional prosecutor's office reported this on Telegram.
“The prosecutor’s office of the Chelyabinsk region approved an indictment in a criminal case against seven local residents,” the statement said.
The criminal case was sent to the Chelyabinsk Regional Court for consideration on the merits.
Earlier, a court in Krasnodar sentenced a man who tried to strangle a 13-year-old girl with a wire from a smartphone charger. He was sentenced to ten years in prison to be served in a maximum security colony.
