The press service of the regional parliament reports this.

“In the second reading and as a whole, the law of the Republic of Tyva “On the treatment of animals without owners on the territory of the Republic of Tyva” was adopted,” the message says.

It is clarified that the law provides the right to kill animals “with persistent aggressive behavior determined by a specialist.”

Earlier it was reported that deputies of Chukotka adopted a law allowing the euthanasia of socially dangerous stray animals and animals that carry dangerous diseases.
