The report notes that the Bank of Russia informed the FAS about signs of violations in the advertising distributed by the credit institution. According to the regulator, the advertisement provided attractive information about the loan rate, but other essential conditions were not specified.

“Thus, consumers received incomplete information about all the terms of the loan that determine its cost, such as the loan term and the condition for concluding an insurance contract,” the press service noted.

Earlier it was reported about an administrative case initiated by the FAS against Yandex for advertising services for writing graduation papers.
