Russian Ambassador to Pyongyang Alexander Matsegora stated this in an interview with TASS.
“Whether another nuclear experiment will happen in the DPRK or not, in my opinion, depends on the direction in which the military-political situation on the peninsula will develop,” the diplomat said.
At the same time, he emphasized that such a possibility exists if American nuclear submarines enter South Korean ports and US Air Force strategic bombers fly over the peninsula.
Matsegora also said that the DPRK does not want war and the possible outbreak of the conflict will depend on the United States.
It was previously reported that the US Navy has deployed three of its aircraft carriers in the western Pacific Ocean.
