RIA Novosti reports about this.

According to the agency, the man lived in Ukraine for a long time and proactively established cooperation with the SBU.

“In exchange for unhindered travel to Russia to withdraw savings from his bank card and receive funds from renting out an apartment, the man agreed to provide foreign intelligence services with information about the work of the Border Service of the FSB of Russia, members of the SVO and other data about the Russian Armed Forces,” it says in the statement.

Previously, a resident of the Khabarovsk Territory was given eight years in prison for sending money to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Also in Bryansk, a man was sentenced to 13 years in prison in a treason case.
