He stated this in an interview with Kossuth radio.
The host of the program asked Orban to comment on the words of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba that the Hungarian Prime Minister and Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó are “not pro-Russian, but pro-Hungarian” politicians.
“Their opinion on this topic is not of interest... We are a sovereign country and do not claim the “seal of kosher” on the part of Ukrainians... So we ignore this,” RIA Novosti quotes Orban.
He added that a self-respecting country would not make such statements.
Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk expressed the opinion that Viktor Orban is currently the only anti-Ukrainian politician in the European Union.
