Abu Hamza, spokesman for the Al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement - said, “The idea of Zionist victory in Gaza has begun to fade,” reiterating that the Israeli prisoners detained in the Gaza Strip will not return except by a decision from the resistance.

Abu Hamza said in a speech broadcast by Al Jazeera, “We assure the enemy that if he searches the sands of Gaza, his prisoners will not return except by a decision from the resistance,” stressing that victory is coming.

He pointed out that "the idea of Zionist victory over the resistance forces in the Gaza Strip has begun to fade," adding that this matter "seemed clear in the war cabin, which is not equivalent to being a village council in one of the towns, as victory is coming and the good news is from the field."

He denounced Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's threats to continue the war on Gaza, stressing that they "will be of no use because of the defeated and in crisis Israeli army."

In a related context, the spokesman for the brigades announced “a series of jihadist operations, such as sniping, engineering ambushes, and artillery positions in the Gaza, northern, and Khan Yunis axes,” in addition to targeting the supply lines of the occupation army east of Jabalia (north) and the central region, and shooting down a large number of drones.

He added that the brigade fighters continue to confront the Israeli machine of oppression in all axes in the Gaza Strip, in light of the continued aggression against the Palestinian people for the 116th day with barbaric bombing.

He added, "We still stand by our promise and covenant to our patient people, strong, steadfast, dear, and generous."

He concluded by blaming the Arab and Islamic countries - regimes and peoples - by asking, "What will you say to God on the Day of the Great Show? We were fasting and praying, and we were neglectful in supporting Palestine!"
