The number of martyrs in Gaza exceeded 26 thousand (Anatolia)

Al Jazeera's correspondent confirmed the death of 33 Palestinians as a result of the Israeli bombing of citizens' homes in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip since yesterday evening, while 10 others were martyred at dawn today in the bombing of a school affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) housing displaced persons in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.

This comes as Israeli Army Radio reported that the Israeli army is expected to increase the scope of its military activity in the northern Gaza Strip in the coming weeks.

The occupation army continues to besiege Al-Amal Hospital and Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, for the sixth day in a row.

Al Jazeera's correspondent also reported that the occupation forces bombed the city center in Khan Yunis and blew up residential buildings.

He added that clashes and Israeli artillery shelling were heard east of Khan Yunis, and they also targeted the city center and caused a house to catch fire.

In Gaza City, the reporter said that clashes with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades broke out in the southern suburbs.

He added that the occupation army fired fire and artillery shells in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and that its forces were stationed meters away from the complex and at the communications junction south of the Al-Rimal neighborhood.

He pointed out that the Israeli army was besieging the university area and schools housing displaced people south of the Al-Rimal neighborhood and firing heavy fire in the area. It also bombed the Al-Sabra neighborhood with artillery at dawn today.

On the other hand, the Israeli army said today that its forces killed dozens of Palestinian militants throughout the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours, including four who were spotted preparing to ambush the forces near Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis.

Disastrous situation

On the other hand, the Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that the health situation in Rafah is catastrophic and is getting worse daily in light of the accumulation of hundreds of thousands of displaced people.

The Red Crescent said, "We have a large deficit in providing relief aid to displaced families in the city of Rafah."

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation army continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 115th day in a row, causing an unprecedented humanitarian and health crisis and major destruction of homes and infrastructure. The aggression also left more than 26 thousand martyrs and more than 87 thousand injured.
