A significant increase in large-scale renovations

Indeed, the MaPrimeRénov' system enabled the energy renovation of 569,000 homes in 2023, thus avoiding the emission of more than five tonnes of CO2 since 2020. The number of large-scale renovations also continues to increase by 12.5% ​​with 71,613 projects carried out and an average energy gain of 54.3%. Co-ownerships are not left out since over the past three years, 30,167 homes have benefited from MPR Copropriété, an increase of 16%!

Beyond energy renovation, Anah has committed more than a billion euros since 2018 to the fight against substandard housing for degraded co-ownerships thanks to the Co-ownership Initiative Plan. Finally, the adaptation of housing also constitutes a major challenge for the future in the face of the challenge of demographic transition. Thus, in 2023, 26,227 housing units have been adapted.
