The parliamentarian called the Holocaust a monstrous tragedy that has no statute of limitations.

“It is important to do everything to ensure that a tragedy like the Holocaust never happens again: to preserve the truth about these events, pass it on to future generations, and together resist the revival of Nazism,” he said.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the exploitation of the Holocaust theme for political purposes desacralizes it for hundreds of millions of people.
