The report indicates that the accident occurred at the 62nd kilometer of the road. According to preliminary data, the driver of the car did not choose a safe speed and distance from the vehicle in front and collided with a school bus.
“As a result of [the accident], the driver and two passengers of the VAZ-2110 were hospitalized. Two more passengers in the car, as well as a woman accompanying the schoolchildren, were prescribed outpatient treatment due to the nature of their injuries,” the department noted, adding that there were no injuries among the children.
Earlier it was reported that in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug the prosecutor's office will find out the causes of the accident with a bus transporting children with disabilities.
