Johanna Salander has worked as a director, playwright and actor as well as artistic director. She has her roots in Skellefteå and Västerbotten but has been active all over Sweden.
-I have followed the Västerbottensteatern closely for many years and the exciting development the theater is going through, she says and continues:
- I want to be part of that development and also let more people in the country take part in Västerbotten's rich culture through tours and collaborations.
As recently as last spring, she put on the show "Handbook for housewives" at Västerbottensteater - a theme she is curious to take further.
