“Illegal actions of some countries, disruption of supply chains, attempts at transport blockades, of course, complicate the work of enterprises,” Putin said.
He noted that in Kaliningrad, industrial production decreased by 7.7% over the 11 months of 2023.
“Therefore, we must further support the development of the region, taking into account these challenges and the emerging new realities,” Putin concluded.
Earlier, Putin said that on January 25, during the meeting, the issue of subsidizing transportation to Kaliningrad would be considered.
