The National Police have arrested in Barcelona a fugitive wanted in Romania for holding
two underage girls
in an apartment in Bucharest for seven hours , forcing them to have sexual relations with each other and
physically attacking them while threatening them with a firearm.
As reported this Thursday by the National Police, the man had a European arrest and surrender order issued by Romania for the crimes of kidnapping and drug trafficking, and has been arrested within the framework of the ENFAST network (European Network of Fugitive Search Teams). ).
