driver

has been subjected to two preventive controls in the municipality of

Funes

(Navarra) and in both cases he has tested positive for drugs.

The

Provincial Police

first stopped the driver on the NA-115 and, an hour later, stopped him again in the urban area.

The police report that in the first check, the 42-year-old driver was subjected to a drug test, returning a

positive result for amphetamine and methamphetamine

, which carries a fine of 1,000 euros and the loss of 6 points on his license.

The vehicle was immobilized until another driver took charge of it.

Approximately an hour later, during another preventive control in the urban area, the same driver appeared again and was subjected to drug tests again, with the same result, which means an additional 1,000 euros fine and another 6 points lost.
