According to him, the authorities of Yakutia will find out all the circumstances surrounding the acquisition of Russian citizenship by the main suspect in the murder, who “comes from Tajikistan.”

“Such people have no place in our society,” the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.

He also noted that there are those who use the tragedy for their own purposes.

“I urge residents of the republic not to respond to the illegal calls that are now being spread,” Nikolaev said.

The head of Yakutia said that provocateurs, including those sitting abroad, are trying to sow hostility and incite conflict, so it is necessary to “unite more than ever.”

According to him, a lot of false information is currently being spread.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Yakutia reported that a domestic conflict occurred between an 18-year-old suspect and a 23-year-old man in a local club.

Later, one of the participants in the conflict came to the suspect’s home along with his friends.

Three participants were stabbed at the scene of the incident.

The 26-year-old man died in hospital.

The police detained a murder suspect, as well as other participants in the conflict.
