This was reported by lawyer Natalia Salnikova.

Her words are quoted by TASS.

She said that in her appeal she asks to cancel the decision of the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow and to refuse the investigator to change the measure of crossing.

On January 22, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow sent Blinovskaya, who had previously been under house arrest, to a pre-trial detention center.

The reason for this was a petition from the investigation, which announced repeated violations of the conditions of execution of the preventive measure.

Executive Secretary of the Moscow Public Monitoring Committee Alexei Melnikov said that Blinovskaya is being held in a standard “quarantine” cell designed for 20 people.
