The document published on the website of the lower house of the Russian parliament calls for condemning the “bloody atrocities of the Kyiv authorities,” as well as giving a legal assessment of ongoing violations of international humanitarian law, massive war crimes and crimes against peace and human security.

“The State Duma expresses full confidence that those who ordered and carried out terrorist acts in Russian cities will face inevitable punishment, like any other war criminals, and also calls on all sensible politicians to join forces to stop the insane bloodshed,” the document notes.

Earlier, the Chairman of the UN General Assembly session, Dennis Francis, condemned the attack by Ukrainian troops on Donetsk.
