“I have already said that after the completion of the SVO, it will be necessary to create an international tribunal for Donbass, where all criminals of the Ukrainian regime who killed innocent people will be tried,” the senator noted.
In his opinion, those responsible for what happened “will be met with retribution.”
Earlier, the press secretary of the head of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, called Kyiv’s attacks on civilians and the civilian infrastructure of Donetsk a monstrous act of terrorism.
