“According to media publications, in one of the schools in Nizhny Tagil, several children ate bread that allegedly contained glass fragments.
An inspection was organized under Art.
238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers),” the statement notes.
At the moment, investigators are looking into all the circumstances and whether any harm was caused to the children’s health.
Based on the results of the inspection, a legal assessment will be given.
Earlier it became known that students from one of the schools were hospitalized with food poisoning in the Kirov region.
