Gilberto da Piedade Verissimo was absent.

All the rooms were searched.

Broken doors.

At 3 p.m., the same armed men returned.

This time, the President of the Commission was present.

This general of the Angolan armed forces would have been personally threatened.

The next day, the President of the Commission contacted the Gabonese government via a note verbale.

Libreville promptly dispatched police officers to the scene and opened an investigation.

Luanda immediately summoned the Gabonese Chargé d'Affaires in Angola to obtain explanations.
