The anger of farmers in Occitanie is taking shape this Friday morning.

They are blocking the A64 motorway, near Carbonne south of Toulouse, to demand that they be able to make a decent living from their profession, without being burdened by standards or threatened by imports.

Jérôme Bayle, the organizer of the blockade, justified this movement on the show

Pascal Praud et vous

using his personal example.

In the mixed farming and livestock sector, the farmer claims not to be able to pay himself a salary at the end of the month, except to pay his expenses (insurance, fuel, etc.), and adds that he has completed the year 2023 with a deficit of 7,000 euros.
