In previous years when the Rally WC was arranged, tenants in Umeå have been dismissed because they rented out the apartment without permission.

The residence now wants to urge and inform their tenants that it is not permitted to sublet the apartment without permission.
And since Bostaden does not handle second-hand rentals that are shorter than three months, it is not possible to rent out the apartment during, for example, the Rally World Cup.
It is also not allowed to make money from renting out your rental apartment by charging unreasonable rent.
This also means that the rental agreement may be terminated and you may be liable for repayment to the person who rented.
