A drunken father, aged around 40, gave the wheel of his Renault Kangoo to his 6-year-old daughter.

The vehicle ended up in the wreckage, but the two occupants were not injured.

For the moment, the father has not been taken into custody.

An unusual scene in Nègrepelisse, a small town in Tarn-et-Garonne.

When they were called to an accident involving a Renault Kangoo, the gendarmes discovered that the vehicle was in reality driven by a 6-year-old girl, reports

.

Not being able to get behind the wheel, due to obvious drunkenness, his father left it to him.

The vehicle ended up deviating from its trajectory to end its course in the scenery.

Its two occupants were then transported to Montauban hospital where the father had to take samples intended to detect the presence of alcohol or narcotics.

A situation that had already occurred, according to the little girl

Already unusual, the story became disconcerting to say the least after the explanations given by the little girl who was not attached at the time of the accident.

She simply explained to investigators that she had already taken the wheel of the vehicle, sometimes on her father's lap, sometimes next to him when he had drunk too much.
