It has been learned that the Ministry of Justice will promote the formulation and revision of the Prison Law, the Lawyers Law, the Arbitration Law, the Notary Law, the Judicial Appraisal Law, and the Law on Publicity and Education on the Rule of Law.
In 2024, the Ministry of Justice will also highlight the enhancement of supervision capabilities, and integrate functions such as rule of law supervision, law enforcement coordination and supervision, and administrative reconsideration, so as to promote the construction of a rule of law government.
