It was in November last year that the duo was arrested at the train station. This after the police found over two kilograms of cannabis resin and nearly 43 grams of cocaine in the man's bag – but which the woman was carrying when she got off the train.
At first, the duo didn't want to show openly that they knew each other.
"They pretend not to acknowledge each other when they get off the train, but obviously they have something to do with each other because they follow each other, but that it should not be visible," the police memo reads.
Both have now been sentenced by Luleå District Court to imprisonment for one year and ten months. Even after serving his sentence, the man will be deported from Sweden and banned from returning here for ten years.
