According to preliminary investigation data, in one of the stores in Veliky Novgorod, a security guard attacked an underage girl, knocking her to the floor.
"One of the buyers stopped the actions of the guard, in connection with which it was possible to avoid causing serious injuries to the child," the report says.
Earlier, in Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk region), the prosecutor's office began a procedural check after an incident with a minibus driver who insulted a minor passenger, tore her jacket and pushed her out of the bus.
