According to him, this is a process that is not and cannot be aimed at achieving a specific result. Peskov stressed that the reason for this is obvious - Russia is not involved in this process.

Peskov added that without Russia's participation, any discussions are possible, but devoid of prospects.

He also urged not to forget Kiev's formalization of the ban on conducting any negotiations with Moscow.

"That is, the absurdity of the situation, probably, of course, is best understood by remembering this ban," the Kremlin spokesman explained.

On January 14, a meeting on the so-called "peace formula" was held in Davos, which was attended by 83 delegations.

Earlier, the Swiss Foreign Ministry said that Russia should be included in the discussion on the settlement in Ukraine.
