"The leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea allowed incomplete cash development and, as a result, the return of funds to the federal budget," he said on his Telegram channel.

The minister wrote a letter of resignation, Aksyonov said. First Deputy Minister Alima Zaredinova was reprimanded, as well as the Minister of Health and his deputy.

"Complaints about the work of colleagues are fair and justified, the approach to assessing the performance of duties is the same for both ministers and heads of municipal administrations. If the deficiencies are corrected by the end of the first quarter of 2024, then the imposed penalties can be lifted," Aksyonov added.

In October, the Minister of Fuel and Energy of Crimea, Igor Korin, resigned.
