She said that the main idea of the bill remained unchanged. However, the mobilization of people with disabilities is a controversial issue, the deputy minister concluded.
Earlier, Ukrainian MP Olena Moshenets said that in the new draft law on mobilization, they intend to refuse to provide a deferral for disability groups.
