As SVT previously reported, the Fagrabäck roundabout in Växjö will be rebuilt, after the government said yes to the debated construction.
According to the Swedish Transport Administration's plan, construction will be completed by the end of September 2026.
Traffic disruptions in connection with the construction will not occur until the beginning of the summer, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.
"I urge those who are going to pass by to pay attention to the information that comes, and perhaps you have the opportunity to plan your trip," says Magne Holm.
No diversion routes
There will be no direct diversion routes past the construction site, as the plan looks now.
"You can use municipal roads nearby instead," says Magne Holm.
