The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, broadcast scenes of the targeting of two Israeli forces in the cities of Gaza City and Khan Yunis, respectively.
The footage – broadcast by Al Jazeera – showed the ambush carried out by Qassam elements of an Israeli force south of the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza.
The scenes initially included monitoring the advancing occupation forces towards the ambush, which began to be beaten by the support group, according to al-Qassam.
Al-Qassam fighters then clashed with the Israeli special force with machine guns, before targeting rescue and rescue forces, and then detonating an explosive device with soldiers.
Coinciding with the video, the Qassam Brigades said in a statement that its fighters targeted an Israeli foot force with machine guns, killing and wounding its members, as well as a jeep that arrived to rescue them in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City.
In a related context, the clip of the Al-Quds Brigades shows the targeting of an Israeli foot force that barricaded itself in one of the buildings of the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The footage showed members of the Brigades moving between houses in order to reach the shortest possible distance from the Israeli special force.
The scenes included the moment the house was targeted with an anti-fortification missile that hit the target, before another member of the companies completed the mission by firing shots, chanting "God is great... She cursed and cursed."
