Copies of the appeal addressed to State Duma deputies Alexander Khinshtein and Yana Lantratova are at the disposal of RT.

As Volynets emphasized, at present, photo and video content is broadcast on Internet platforms, in social networks, including by millionaire bloggers, where, for example, children ride tubing, tied to a car, or parents throw newborns into the air, and they fall into the snow.

According to her, those who post this kind of content do not think about the consequences of such a pastime with children.

At the same time, some parents are able to repeat dangerous behavior, which can lead to irreversible consequences for the life and health of the child, the children's ombudsman noted.

"In order to reduce the potential danger of others imitating such behavior, I consider it necessary to limit the distribution of such content and put labels on it that would signal that it contains information that may pose a threat to the child," the letter emphasizes.

In her address to the deputies, she asked to support the initiative and initiate the development of a corresponding bill.

Earlier, Ivan Solovyov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Russia, told in an interview with RT what punishment Kosenko may face.

The blogger posted a video on the social network called "Leo's First Flight". Many subscribers were outraged by such treatment of the child: a number of commentators threatened to apply for custody. As noted, he later justified himself in the comments: he allegedly threw not his son, but a doll into the snow. However, subscribers did not believe him.
