"This year, the Strategic Missile Forces plan to conduct seven launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles," the report said.
According to the agency, over the past five years, the Strategic Missile Forces have conducted more than 20 ICBM launches as part of the tests.
In June last year, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Russia and the United States had agreed to continue exchanging notifications on major exercises of strategic forces.
The countries will also continue to exchange notifications about the launches of ground-based ballistic missiles.
